Class size is dependent on kitchen size at teaching location, we can teach larger classes if it is comfortable teaching enviroment.

All classes include, basic food for salad, entree,vegetable and starch with dessert,recipe packets, knife skills class,cooking instruction and fun

Sushi class , minimum 4 people,to include chop sticks and sudari mat, recipe packets, product list.

Upscale ingredients available for all classes at an additional cost.

Only enough food, teaching materials and equipment is brought with, for the contracted class size,

Wines can be pared with meals for an additional cost.
